Sundara Yoga is a space for healing and introspection. We appreciate all teaching modalities and promote a body/mind connection so that everyone moves in a range that is beneficial and healing for their bodies.

Class Pricing:

Your first class is always free!

30 days for $30 for new students (one time use)

Packages:

6 Classes: $80 (expires after 4 months)

10 classes: $120 (expires after 8 months)

20 classes: $210 (expires after 10 months)

one month unlimited: $135

 

Yoga

We want our students to walk into a space where they feel immediately seen and heard. We offer a variety of classes and want all people, all bodies, and all beliefs to feel accepted and honored. Beyond creating a yoga studio, we have a community of like minded individuals who are all here to support you on your journey to healing. We are the healing space that listens, sees, and loves our community into a sense of well-being and harmony. 

 

Yoga Privates

Options for 60-minute or 90-minute one-on-one sessions with the yoga instructor of your choice or at the suggestion of your practitioner. This is a more personalized experience where you can talk freely with your instructor and find a practice that fits you perfectly that you can continue on your own or in a class setting.

 

Group Yoga Privates

A group of 2-6 students taking a smaller yoga class with a more intimate setting. This is an ideal option for couples, families, colleagues, or friends who want to practice in a more relaxed setting with a core intention or purpose. 

 

Gentle Yoga

Ideal for the beginning student or those needing a gentle-paced yoga class. Our instructors will teach a variety of simple and/or modified stretches with low impact, strength poses and/or balance poses. All levels welcome.

 

Restorative Yoga

A practice involving more props. This class is meant to align the body and mind in a quiet and still space. Taking the form of different yoga poses but in a supported and relaxed position. Restorative poses are held anywhere from 5-10 minutes. An incredibly healing practice that is ideal for all individuals. 

 

Vinyasa I

A class comprised of yoga asanas matched to the flow of breath. For those who have had instruction on the basic yoga poses and knowledge of how to use props and modify poses. Moderate pace with some more challenging stretches and asanas. Strength and prep work for inversions. All levels welcome.

 

Vinyasa II

A class comprised of yoga asanas matched to the flow of breath. For the Intermediate/Advanced Yogi. A class for those confident in their strength and yoga practice. This class will combine more vigorous movement, advanced poses and strength work, as well as inversions. If you are unsure if you should participate, please speak to a yoga instructor or your practitioner about your advancement to this class.

 

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow-paced class comprised of different yoga poses that are held for a longer duration. This class can be very beneficial for athletes and those who feel the muscles are too tightly bound. All levels welcome.

STUDIO

Our studio is located on the 3rd floor of the Sundara Wellness building. Check in on the first floor and then either take the elevator or the stairs to the top. We offer mats, blocks, bolsters and straps for anyone who is in need.
