Infrared Sauna
A gentle, radiant heat experience that warms the body from within rather than heating the air around you. Many people use infrared sauna sessions to relax muscles, support circulation, and create a sense of deep, steady calm. It can be especially complementary to bodywork or movement sessions.

Cold Plunge

Contrast Therapy

Red Light Therapy

Compression Therapy
A soothing, rhythmic compression of the legs that supports circulation, lymphatic flow, and recovery. Many clients use compression therapy as part of a regular wellness routine to help the body feel lighter, refreshed, and supported or with their regular athletic recovery routine. It can also be a helpful situational therapy after travel, long periods of standing, or physically demanding days. Compression therapy pairs beautifully with massage or Pilates, and many of our pregnant clients enjoy it as a gentle way to support comfort and circulation.
