Sara Lynn is a physical therapist with over 19 years of experience treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. She developed a passion for helping women and men with pelvic health conditions. She has extensive training in orthopedics and pelvic health with a focus on pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/post partum conditions. Sara Lynn addresses these dysfunctions through a team approach and by treating the whole person using manual/"hands-on" techniques, visceral mobilization, exercise, trigger point dry needling, and lots of education. Her pelvic health training includes the completion of numerous courses through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health.
Sara Lynn is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree with highest honors from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She is also a Certified Dry Needling Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer with the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
