She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and then worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for many years. Heather became interested in what made people well or unwell and understands that health cannot simply be defined as the absence of disease, nor can wellness be encapsulated by diet and exercise alone. To achieve wellness to the fullest extent, it had to be approached holistically.

Heather earned her Master's Degree in Health Science from the University of Memphis. With a firm base of scientific knowledge, she was able to add her own personal experience to help her clients achieve optimal wellness. Heather incorporates mind-body energetic healing into her work to shift limiting subconscious beliefs that prevent growth and change.
