Prenatal Yoga (Mindy)

This class is specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. We will interweave childbirth education, address therapeutic education - common discomforts by linking breath and movement. This safe open community will allow you to discuss and issues or concerns to all the amazing changes your body and your baby are experiencing.
