Beginners Yoga 60 min (Mindy)

Sometimes the hardest step is getting to the starting line. This class is for those new to yoga or those wanting to review the basics. We will introduce foundational yoga postures, breathing practices and help you feel comfortable starting your yoga journey. We move slower but expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. You are at the starting line..ready? Set? GO!!
