Buti Yoga is a soulful and dynamic body workout. Beginning with Kundalini activation, we then take tribal inspired dance/energy bursts to navigate through yoga positions. 

Buti is a traditional Indian Marathi phrase meaning "a cure to something that has been kept hidden or secret".  The practice of Buti Yoga helps women strip away the layers that hide this cure and bring about total transformation. Together we cultivate this power as a tribe. Moving, drumming, creating bonds with other women. The Buti Yoga movement methodology clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student to shift their perception of the world around them. Bring a mat and some water, and get ready to shake off what needs to be released!
