Vinyasa II 60min (Susan)

A class comprised of yoga asanas matched to the flow of breath. For the Intermediate/Advanced Yogi confident in their strength and yoga practice. This class will combine more vigorous movement, advanced poses and strength work as well as inversions. If you are unsure if you should participate please speak to a yoga instructor or your practitioner about your advancement to this class.
