Before ringing in the new year with family and friends, join Rebecca and Susan for a vinyasa class where we’ll set an intention and infuse the new year with positive change.
Let us welcome the New Year one of the many times of transition in our calendar year providing an opportunity for reflection on the year past and an invitation to set intentions for the year to come. Gain clarity on your direction for next year while at the same time letting go of anything you’re ready to leave behind from 2018.
Our morning will begin with an asana practice designed to flush and stimulate the body’s energy system and cultivate a sense of release. Students will then be guided into a supported savasana
We will end with silent meditation as we plant the seeds for the coming year. Personal time for reflection will be provided, at which point students will have the opportunity to journal and explore their intentions for the coming year.
