Candlelight Yoga (75 mins - Brooke)

Ideal for the beginning student or those needing a gently paced yoga class. Our instructors will teach a variety of simple and/or modified stretches with low impact strength poses and balance poses. This is an hour-long class with a 15-minute meditation at the end. All levels welcome.
